The Maternity Experience

Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy. Whether you feel that pregnancy glow, or not, your body is AMAZING and this moment deserves to be captured! I strive to create images that enhance your natural beauty while showing off that baby bump, no matter it's shape or size! Every mama is beautiful!

Maternity sessions are relaxed and full of natural, candid moments as well as guided poses to present you in the most flattering way!

I want to know the details! When are you due? Do you know if you're having a girl or boy, or are you keeping it a surprise? Have you decided on a name?

1. Say Hello

After submitting the contact form, you will receive a follow-up email with available dates,  a detailed pricing guide, and a couple of forms for you to review including a photography services agreement and a quote. These forms are just to be sure we are on the same page and committed to making this beautiful maternity shoot happen. 

After you have reviewed and completed the photography services agreement, quote, and paid the retainer; you've done the hardest part! You're booked!

You will then receive more information to help you in planning your session such as what to wear and deciding on a location! 

2. Schedule it

How do you envision your images? Do you want that outdoor golden hour glow? Do you want natural light studio images? After booking, you will receive a questionnaire that will go over some basic and detailed questions regarding your session so we can plan it perfectly! You will also receive a styling and wardrobe guide to help you plan what to wear along with some other great information. 

3. Planning it

As your session date approaches, we will finalize all of the details such as such as the location, meeting time, must-have shots, etc. You will not need to worry about a thing! Be prepared to have fun and enjoy the moment. I will guide you every step of the way!

4. Your Session

Your images are ready! Within about 2 weeks, you will receive an invitation to your online viewing party via email when your gallery is complete! Your gallery will be password protected for your privacy.

You will have the opportunity to download digital images according to your chosen package and purchase heirloom quality artwork and prints!  Those beautiful photo albums, canvases, and framed prints will be treasured for years to come!

Words cannot express how much I LOVE the family photos that Carissa did for us! She made it so easy and fun!!
